The Jidhafs Charitable Fund (Private Foundation) was registered in the register of private institutions under registration No. 4/m/h/r pursuant to Resolution No. (9) for the year 1993 regarding the license to register the Jidhafs Charitable Fund Institution issued by the Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs on 1 August 1993, and this decision was published in the Official Gazette in its issue No. 2072 issued on August 11, 1993. And based on Circular No. MMA/TS/514/2010 dated 31/05/2010 issued by the Director of the NGO Department at the Ministry of Social Development, which includes the conditions and procedures for converting private institutions into associations, and on her letter No. MMA/CMS/708 /2010, dated July 12, 2010, which includes the Fund’s invitation to expedite the submission of the application for transformation from a private institution to an association.
